Seven Areas of Life Training (S.A.L.T.) is a comprehensive discipleship series that addresses issues in all seven areas of life. It will provide Biblical truths and example that will reinforce your single, married, parental, financial, and physical life. Teaching is provided through a series of work books that will challenge you to apply this truth to your life. These series of study books are simple, yet dynamic. Biblical truths are visually illustrated with powerful diagrams as well.
Spiritual: My relationship with God. Understand that we are not to sit in the judgment seat of God. That we, through Christ, have been forgiven of our sins and accepted as we are. To understand that there are 2 ways to live your life; to be led of the spirit or the world.
Psychological: Dealing with the mind, will, and emotions. Depending on who you know, where you focus, and what you believe, will determine how you make decisions. This teaching will give tools to help in this area.
Social: My relationship with others. You will be shown how to reverse the cycle of rejection. You will be shown how judging people can lead to a living death. You will be given information on how to be released from the prison of unforgiveness and how through love, you can mend broken relationships.
Physical: The goal in this book is to help you understand that your body was created for a reason. Not for selfish reason. Also, to build your esteem and help you see the value in making healthier choices that will free you from oppression.
Financial: We will give you teachings that will encourage honest living, generous giving, wise spending, and careful investing which will lead to financial freedom.
Marital: My relationship with my spouse can be healthy, fruitful, and satisfactory if I am devoted to understanding our social, psychological, and spiritual intimacy.
Parental: My relationship with my children; be it married or single, you will know what type of parent you are. Effective, permissive, neglectful, or controlling: You will also be given how to correct what may be deemed as incorrect.
The S.A.L.T training will begin Sunday, June 3, 2012 until November 2012 at 9:30am on our main campus at 15002 N. 25th Dr, Phoenix, AZ. The cost of the curriculum material is $50 and includes all seven areas of life and your certification of completion.
